Selection Process

The ALL TIME SEMINOLE TEAM, was selected by a panel of 5 judges composed of a committee representative of Detroit Seminoles Football Club: team administrative board, coaches, alum, and a member of current team/players association.

What was the Criteria? The judges evaluated every Detroit Seminole roster player from 1993-2010 - including available statistics and data for every player that has played for the Seminoles for a minimum of one FULL SEASON (defined as 75% schedule season games). We evaluated via a point system vital criterias with major focus on stats, national and league recognition and awards. For example: If a player was recognized as a league MVP he received 6 points, National All-American (approved associations - AFA, NFE, MLFN, USA) received 4 points, All-League 2 points.

Qualifications
1)You played for the Detroit Seminoles team as a full time roster player during any given season for 75% of a season schedule.
2) That you received some quantifiable element of National or League recognition as a Detroit Seminole player.

The Final Column In Roster Shows:

MVP - Most Valuable Player
AA - All American
AL - All League

PLEASE NOTE - The final point system was calculated and evaluated indescriminate of a players affiliation with the Detroit Seminoles (meaning you could get points playing receiving awards while playing for another team). The main emphasis was that you played a full season for the Detroit Seminoles and MORE IMPORTANTLY - received some quantifiable element of recognition as a Detroit Seminole player. For example - If a player made MVP, All-American as a member of another team (before or after) but did nothing as far as stats or national/league recognition as a member of the Detroit Seminoles - then his point total would be meaningless as a ALL TIME SEMINOLE.

We've taken the liberty of not revealing final point totals.
